Prescription refills

If you or your child need a refill of a medication prescribed by a provider at Novant Health Primary Care Salisbury, call your pharmacy when you have at least three days of your medication remaining. That will give your pharmacist time to refill your prescription or to call our office if permission is needed. If you are out of refills, in some cases it will be necessary for you to see a provider before your prescription can be refilled.
